the Visit Neighboring States Series
We broke up our visit into two days, spending one day doing each attraction. We spent about two hours at each place.
We really enjoyed our visit, but make sure you find discounts on admission price. We found a deal where kids were free with paying adult, or something like that. Don’t pay full price!
Both attractions are located in the Crown Center complex . There is tons to do and you must stop at Fritz’s Railroad Restaurant.
I have no idea why I let my kids wear flip-flops. I would not recommend that and I saw somewhere that they need socks for some of the play areas in LEGOLAND. We never had any problems, but we were also there on a very slow day and were allowed to go on the rides several times. KC Adventures has a helpful guide!
Most of the themes are classic Lego themes but we did enjoy the Star Wars display.
There is SO MUCH to do! Kansas City really is a perfect city for families!
